Welcome vUWS Student Help Form

Complete this form if you are having technical difficulties with vUWS only. If your enquiry is related to content within a site, please contact your lecturer or tutor.

The E-Learning Service Desk, who will receive and action your completed form is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and on Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. If your enquiry is received outside of our operating hours it will be responded to as soon as possible when we’re next open. Although please be aware that around the start of semester it is a our peak period with large numbers of enquiries received so it may take up to 2 days for your enquiry to be actioned.

Before you submit this form have you had a look in the E-Learning Student Support Site that all UWS students have access to? The E-Learning Student Support site contains resources (reference sheets, interactive videos, frequently asked questions, etc.) that will support your use of vUWS. The E-Learning Student Support site will be listed as one of your vUWS sites after you have logged into vUWS.

To ensure the fastest possible turn-around time for resolution of your enquiry, please ensure your email address and all other details provided are correct. In accordance with UWS Policy, official communication to students must be via the UWS email account.
